There's No Gimmick That Can Touch This
I've been wanting to write this article for sometime now, but I had to build up to it first. I can remember years ago, this was around the time when I first became a college student. I had a strong interest in business, and there were several well known authors at that time. I decided to read an all time favorite by the name of "The Richest Man In Babylon." To this day, I'm glad that I chose to read that book. I may have read the book several times over, and It was hard for me to digest the simplicity of the subject matter. The message tended to thrill me, over and over. The basic building blocks of business and wealth are consistent in every manner, and it had remained so through the existence of mankind.
Keep It Simple But Not Stupid
Some of the most sophisticated business plans are by basic business standards, well for lack of a better word, non-comprehensive. Simplicity is key, I say this because everyone included must be able to understand it, then, I no longer have to work it all alone. Too sophisticated is not good. Some of the more simple plans in business can be considered absolutely brilliant. Take a landscaping company that focuses on maintenance for an example. If I charge $30 for the front yard and $30 for the back yard, if it takes me 45 minutes total to cut both, I would make $60. That's a simple concept right, basic addition, but what if I can do that 10 times per day? How much would I make per day? What if I do this 5 days per week? Now, it's time to divide, because, I'm covering the same contracts twice per month and I'm doing business in one city right now. What if I divide a quarter of my earnings up and hire two reliable workers to cover my contracts in that city, while I build the same concept in the next city over. How much could I make?
"There Is Nothing New Under The Sun"
The same concepts apply for tech companies today. If I create a platform with a product that is valuable to an unreached group of people. I can sell that product on my platform, I can also divide up a portion of my profit and pay it to others that understand my product and that have the capability of selling the value of using my product to others. This is similar to the landscaping business concept above, but packaged up differently. The concept is the same, the more that I can express the value of my product to others. The more I can make from people selling and purchasing my product. The more that I multiply my work ethic, the more money that I can make. If I can find other people, that can help me supply products and services, the company makes more money. The company makes more money as long as I've already taken the time to secure and to create a valuable product; then we can all make money from the sale and services of that product.
A Well Oiled Machine
This is the portion of the article that "the richest man in Babylon" touched on the most. This is the point were you're making money, your growth investors are making money, your employees, and business affiliates, and associates, are all profiting. Now, make your 💰 work for you. Actually from day one, we should be making our money work for us. There are several ways that we can do this. We can do this through our business salary, our company stock ownership, dividends, bonuses. We can do this through investing in joint ventures, commodities, forex, stocks, bonds, cryto-currency, real estate, annuities, land ownership, affiliate marketing, or even a tech startup. It's back To The Basics, once we find a product has good value, we can distribute that product with satisfaction to customers. When we bring others in to help us distribute that product we're on our way to wealth or more wealth Increase the margins with value and consistency, Let's go!!!
